Vibrant Winelands Festival
Rulisha & Gabriel – 20 December 2014 – Nooitgedacht, Stellenbosch
Rulisha and Gabriel wanted to celebrate their union with a fun, family festival. The beautiful gardens at Nooitgedacht set the stage for a care free gathering of friends and relatives. Soft pastel coloured ribbons hung from the trees. In between the ceremony and reception guests could lounge and chat next to the pond.
From our first meeting Rulisha and I just clicked and it was certainly more fun than work for me, to be part of their wedding day. Rulisha’s bubbly nature and infectious lust for life inspired the lively colours. We wanted to keep a balance between bright pops of colour and softer shades. So the bridesmaids bouquet’s were soft pastel shades, while the brides gold sari created the perfect backdrop for a bright exhuberant bunch. Her bouquet was a mix of open garden roses and red Madiba proteas with Veronicas and Ameranthus. Inside the venue was transformed with fairy lights and long tables were laid out for the guests to feast at. Brightly coloured flowers in white containers were placed on tables laid out with pastel ribbon runners.
Rulisha and Gabriel may your life together always be so bright and happy.
